THINGS I LEARNED WHILE LEARNING MEDICINE-66

-Some of the most successful people are also the same people that have had the most failures.

-We don’t get what we want in life; we get what we believe. If we believe that we are not deserving, then that is how others see us. Our projection is, “I am not worthy, so what we believe is what we get.”

- You don’t get what you deserve; you get what you negotiate.

- A real man is built from difficult times, struggles, and reaching the troughs of life, so you have a visceral understanding of what it takes to build your life.

-When things are not going well in life, remember your lens of reality is from your past harms, and you identify and see and believe yourself as not deserving. You will see yourself as what you believe; it will only be through letting go of your previous hurt self that you can ever reach your full potential of who you are.

-Create your reality by letting go of your biased self and welcoming the discomfort of self-knowledge and personal growth.

-Your self-worth is not contingent upon any one person except you.

-Never push a peaceful person out of their peace.

-Your most important life investment is in your physical and mental health. You can not have a home and be the parent you want to be without the former.

-People who want the best for you want you to be the best.
