THINGS I LEARNED WHILE LEARNING MEDICINE-76

-Other people do not construct your self esteem; you build it. It arises from not always being the best at something, but doing your best. Self-esteem comes not from others telling you how great you are but from believing in who you are and believing in yourself.

- Considering what I do for a living, I run toward a death, not away from a death.

-Live an exciting life, not a safe life.

-Human’s greatest fear is the unknown.

-Children come into your life to help you become a better person.

-We can say many mean things to ourselves that we would never say to people we love.

-When you surround yourself with the right individuals, difficult times are peaceful.

-The business world and the scientific world using the words I think and feel carry no value.

-Sometimes, in relationships, you must decide what is more important, being loved or being right.

-I have always preferred individuals being angry with me than indifferent.
