1-The more significant our crises, the more spiritual we become.
2-Control is an illusion; we cannot control many things.
3- We want to believe that everyday life is based on comfort, certainty, and stability; we are disappointed time and time again throughout our journey in life, as these are rare events.
4- Surviving adulthood is more about being comfortable in our seasons of disorientation.
5-The only way to be mentally and emotionally strong is to experience hardship and struggles and to not be believed; through relentless discipline, we become someone we never knew we were.
6- The war you can’t win is always worth fighting for.
7- Your success in life is based on how big your dreams are and how hard you want to work.
8- I have been so fatigued from the work experiences that I have difficulties separating reality from my dreams (yes, this has been a career-long challenge)
9-Letting people know you appreciate them is not a weakness; it’s a sign of strength.
10- I have had many struggles in my career, and during my life, I am not a victim; I am a survivor.
